Stretch time like dough.

Gravity warps space-time. The closer one is to a gravitational field, the slower time passes relative to a point further away from the gravitational field.
Time will do what time does. We all know that. Time is the sandpaper that washes away the blunt edges and sharp corners of our experiences. But the more effort one puts into anything, the more time expands.
Let's say you want to heal from a breakup. The relativity of time will show itself in the fruits your healing will bear. After a heartbreak, the heart breaks open releasing energy. Harness that energy with the intention to heal and an hour of work will bear more fruits. Ask yourself the right questions and use the energy of pain for transformation. Time's millstone will grind your emotions until they are neutral, but not in all cases. Traumas are experiences in your past that carry an emotional charge in your present, even though they might be long gone. A breakup can be a trauma. It can bend your tree. But it only does so for you to examine the fruits your tree of self-love is bearing. If you find there are no fruits for you to take on the desert of healing, you know there's work to do. Don't look the other way.
Stretch time like dough, kneading it generously with your caring hands. Let love be the gravity that warps your pain until it collapses into itself like a black hole. A black hole is a celestial body exercising a pulling force so powerful not even light can escape it. Drink and eat the light coming from your pain with such intention your sense of time expands with your hunger and thirst. Pain is light. It is the black space around the warm candle of love. It is that which sees light from the vantage point of the lack of it. It is a picture's negative: that which was shadow becomes light.
How much intention will you put into kneading your dough?
